Eden McCallum redefined consulting to make it better for clients and better for consultants. We bring together strategy in areas such as growth, digital, sustainability and M&A with transformation that enhances operational performance, organisational strength and commercial effectiveness.

Founded by two female McKinsey consultants in 2000, we sought to combine the best of traditional strategy consulting and freelancing to create a new consulting model. What makes Eden McCallum unique is that all our projects are delivered by carefully crafted hybrid teams of experienced independent consultants, supported by our in-house analysts and led by our in-house partners. This combination brings faster, deeper insight and lasting impact to our clients.

As part of our Analyst Programme, you will be exposed to a range of sectors and functions, enabling you to gain broad insight into the key management issues that leading companies face. Our teams are collaborative, and everyone plays an important role in solving our clients' most pressing business issues. You will be given responsibility for delivering elements of our client projects, as well as actively contributing to the wider team problem solving efforts.
